No, it's not. thats not what i mean. i think the different point, is the extensibility to bring only 2D information to 3D. You know the picture is flat when you hangon or use, right? i think thats great it goes beyond the case. there are various simple examples such as printed clothes and mugs. but in a VR environment, you can easily do higher level things (not easy) (don't lie).

well, if a straightforward answer is allowed, i think that stereophonic or binaural techniques are applicable. with the old technology, it is possible to reproduce the 1D position in the horizontal direction, but the depth can be heard from only the reverbing. compared to that, it's amazing. 3D audio effects wikipedia, amazing. im still not satisfied this area, so im not studying enough. regarding differentiation, i think the melody corresponds to the rhythm. it seems good like by excluding the musical scale information and it become only the list of beats. however, i don't have enough power to explain it properly...
